
Several people in the area of the 12200 block of Selfridge Road in Wheaton complained to Montgomery County Police officers about drug activity in the area. As a result, police arrested 11 people.
A search warrant was executed Friday at a residence where police officers said they found about 30 people in and around the residence. The officers said they observed criminal activity consistent with what the neighbors had told them.
Eleven people were arrested, 17 outstanding arrest warrants were served, one felony charge of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine was levied, one felony charge was made for nuisance property violation and two misdemeanor charges of cocaine possession were made, according to police.
