Two adults and one juvenile were arrested in separate arson incidents recently.
Anastasia Colucci, 31, of Washington, D.C. was charged with intentionally setting a fire at Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda on June 26 and Leland Street in Chevy Chase on June 25, according to Pete Piringer, spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services.
She is charged with arson first degree and two counts of arson second degree.
Bill Clinton Gomez, 20, of Rockville, has been charged with arson second degree for an April 23 incident in which he is believed to have set fire to a vacant house on North Horners Lane in Rockville. He was released after posting bail and faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 5 in Montgomery County District Court in Rockville.
B0th Gomez and a juvenile also are charged with arson and motor vehicle thefts in connection with car fires in April and June, according to Piringer.
