2. U.S. Navy Band Concert: Montgomery College is hosting a free concert by the United States Navy Band Friday evening at the Cultural Arts Center in Silver Spring.
3. Wheaton Arts Needs Volunteers: Councilmember Natali Fani-González is looking for 15 artists, community members and business leaders to sit on a new nonprofit that will fundraise for the Wheaton Arts and Entertainment Board. The initial step is to form a nominating committee. Anyone interested in joining the nominating committee should email Councilmember.Fani-Gonzalez@MontgomeryCountyMD.Gov by Friday, April 12. Nominating committee members cannot be considered for the board of directors.

4. Last Day to Register for Rare Whiskey Lotteries: Saturday, April 13 is the last day to register for the county’s annual limited availability whiskey lotteries. Winners will be announced April 22. Register for the lotteries here.
