4. Summer Concerts: The free outdoor concerts in Gaithersburg take place at the Concert Pavilion located on the grounds of City Hall, located at 31 South Summit Avenue. Today’s performance is Mama Moon and the Rump Shakers (Blues).
5. (ICYMI): Monster trucks, 36 carnival rides, and funnel cakes highlight the 74th Montgomery County Ag Fair, which begins Friday and runs through Aug. 19.
