4. Summer Concerts: The free outdoor concerts in Gaithersburg take place at the Concert Pavilion located on the grounds of City Hall located at 31 South Summit Avenue. Today’s event will be performed by Seth Kibel Quintet and Flo Anito (Jazz, Swing and Klezmer)
