1. Board of Elections Meets: The county Board of Elections meets virtually today at 11 a.m. to consider ballot drop box locations for the 2022 Gubernatorial primary and general elections. The staff recommendations may be found on Board of Elections website. The meeting is open to the public, zoom information is available here.
2. Virtual Community Conversation: Councilmember Sidney Katz will speak with Kevin Johnson, the owner of ABBA Upholstering Foam and Futons today at 12:30 p.m. today This is part of a monthly series of online events where CM Katz invites community businesses to join him for a conversation. ABBA has served families in the County since 1978. Today’s conversation will be held via Zoom. Register to join the zoom meeting here.

3. Football State Championship: The Quince Orchard Cougars take on the Wise Pumas for the 4A State Championship tonight at the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis at 7:30 p.m. Follow @TravisDC95 on Twitter for live scoring updates. 4. Poolesville Annual Tree Lighting: The Town of Poolesville Holiday Lighting Ceremony takes place tonight from 6-8 p.m. at Whalen Commons. There will be live music, Santa, performance by the Poolesville High School Poms, tree lighting and more.
5. Countryside Artisans Holiday Gallery Tour: Spend a day in the country on a free, self-guided driving tour of artist studios and galleries through scenic Montgomery County. Dec. 3 – 5, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day.
