2. Transportation: Grant program online information session from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
County Launches Transportation Grant Programs for Vulnerable Residents

3. Takoma Park Police: Takoma Park Police will swear in Shibu Philipose, the new deputy police chief, and Codi Evans, the new captain, on Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the council auditorium on the second floor of the city building at 7500 Maple Avenue.
4. Montgomery College: Chamber Ensemble Series performance at 7:30 p.m.
