The Council meeting is conducted remotely via Zoom and will be televised live on County Cable Montgomery (Xfinity channels 6 and 996, RCN channels 6 and 1056; and FiOS channel 30). 3. Exhibit: Memorializes victims of lynching at the Rockville Memorial Library in February.

4. Safe Driving Videos: Video contest for teenagers called “Heads up, Phones Down” aims to promote safe driving and walking without cellphone distraction. The video challenge is open to high school students to create 30-second public service announcements for prizes. The contest accepts videos from Feb. 1-22.
