1. Council: The Montgomery County Council will meet at 1:15 p.m. The meeting will begin with a proclamation presentation, led by Councilmember Sidney Katz and County Executive Elrich, recognizing Teen Dating Violence Prevention Month.

2. Public Hearings: The Council will hold hybrid public hearings at 1:30 p.m. Residents can visit the Council website to learn about the multiple ways to provide testimony.

3. Board of Education: Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Committee Agenda at 10:00 a.m.

4. Pedestrian Safety: The MCDOT Pedestrian Safety Team will be at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring from 4 to 8:00 p.m. to promote pedestrian, driving, and bike safety to the residents of Montgomery County. Visit the MCDOT table located at the Level 2 mall entrance near Ben and Jerry’s and Kung Fu Tea for free giveaways and to learn more about the safety programs.
