3. Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Advisory Council: Meeting today from 6 to 9 p.m. to discuss and continue learning about substance use issues facing the community. AODAAC guides the County Executive and County Council to identify alcohol and other drug prevention and treatment needs in Montgomery County and reviews the County’s efforts to address those needs.
