3. Partial Metro Red Line Shutdown: Metro will shutdown rail service between the Dupont Circle and Van Ness stations on Saturday, Feb. 3 and Sunday, Feb. 4. There will be free shuttle bus service.

4. Flower Theatre Relighting Ceremony: The iconic neon sign and marquee will once again be lit on Saturday at 6 p.m. The first 100 attendees will receive a free limited-edition T-shirt.

5. Takoma Park’s New City Manager: The Takoma Park mayor and city council welcomed new City Manager Robert DiSpirito during a reception Wednesday evening.
