2. New Housing Plan: On Tuesday, councilmembers Andrew Friedson and Natali Fani-González announced a package of new proposals aimed at expanding housing options for workers. Full story here.

4. Black History Month Starting Soon: The City of Gaithersburg will honor Black History Month with educational programs, exhibits, and a formal proclamation throughout February. The annual celebration highlights the achievements of African Americans and their contributions to U.S. history.
