2. Honoring Jimmy Carter: There is a service at the Capitol Rotunda today for members of Congress to pay their respects to the late former President Jimmy Carter. Then, from 7 p.m. to midnight, the public is invited to pay their respects. See more here.
3. Winter Storm: County Councilmember Andrew Friedson shared resources to help residents stay safe and informed after the winter storm.
4. Sidewalks: Residents must clear sidewalks in front of and along their properties within 24 hours after a snowstorm ends, according to the county.
