2. Friday Night Concerts: The big band Texas Chainsaw Horns performs in Downtown Bethesda tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the corner of Norfolk and St. Elmo Avenues. Reggae band I&I Riddim kicks off Wheaton’s TGIF Summer Concert series tonight at the Marian Fryer Town Plaza from 7 to 9 p.m. Happy hour with a DJ set starts at 6 p.m.
