1. Council: The Montgomery County Council session will start at 9:00 a.m. with a Proclamation recognizing the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, by Councilmember Albornoz and a Proclamation recognizing College Tracks 20th Anniversary, by Council President Glass.
