1. Water Bill Amnesty Program Ends: WSSC Water plans to resume turning off service to residential customers with overdue accounts starting today. WSSC Water has extended its bill collection with an amnesty program.

5. ICYMI: After more than 30 years serving the community, Scott Goldstein retired from his position as chief of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) on Friday. He is heading west, where he will be a fire chief in Kelso, Washington state. In anĀ interview with MCM after his retirement was announced, Goldstein reflected on his decades with MCFRS.
