2. Sergeant Kepp Making a Difference ‘In A Different Way’: You could call him a reluctant hero. Montgomery County Police Sergeant Patrick Kepp survived a horrific accident in the line of duty in 2023, losing both his legs. And now, he has found another way to serve his community. MCM recently caught up with Sergeant Kepp in Annapolis.

4. Free Rides to Reduce Drunk Driving: A local nonprofit will offer free Lyft rides during St. Patrick’s Day weekend to prevent impaired driving. The Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) announced its annual SoberRide® initiative, which provides no-cost rides for adults who have been drinking.
