1. Elections: On Thursday, the Board of Elections will continue the canvass of Vote by Mail ballots at Montgomery College’s Bioscience Education Center in Germantown. The canvass will begin at 10 a.m.

2. Montgomery County Council: Health and Human Services Committee Meeting at 1 p.m.
The Health and Human Services Committee will meet on Thursday, Nov. 10 to review special appropriations for hospital response, the Older Americans Act Title III Grant, Youth Harm Reduction Initiative and newcomers enhancements and assistance.
