1. Gaithersburg Gas Explosion: Friday, the police identified the man found in the rubble as Juan Pablo Marshall Quizon. The medical examiner ruled the death a suicide.

4. FY24 Budget Forum: County Executive Marc Elrich is holding a series of hybrid budget sessions to seek input from residents about the Fiscal Year 2024 Operating Budget priorities. Tonight’s forum takes place at the Gwendolyn E. Coffield Recreation Center in Silver Spring from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is requested.
