1. Weather Outlook: Today is forecast to be sunny with a high near 38 degrees, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). Tonight is forecast to be mostly clear with a low around 25 degrees.
2. Groundpainting: This morning, elected officials, community leaders and the county’s transportation department will join a groundpainting ceremony in Rockville for dedicated bus lanes to celebrate phase one of the Great Seneca Transit Network.
3. Takoma Park City Council: At 7:30 p.m., the Takoma Park City Council will have a public meeting in the auditorium at the Takoma Park Community Center. The meeting can be viewed on YouTube, the City Council video webpage, Facebook, or City TV. See the meeting agenda here.

5. ICYMI: Residents made their voices heard when a longtime McDonald’s in Cabin John Village was expected to close at the end of the year.
