1. Council: Committees will review a supplemental appropriation for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program and discuss the Other Post-Employment Benefits funding policy.

2. Veterans Day Event: Supported by County Executive Marc Elrich and the County Council, the program asks residents and local businesses to join in the tribute with displays of green lights from Nov. 6-12.
3. The Anti-Hate Task Force: Virtual meeting at 7 p.m.

4. Pedestrian Safety: The MCDOT Pedestrian Safety Team will be in downtown Silver Spring from 4 to 8 p.m. to promote pedestrian and bike safety to the residents of Montgomery County. Visit the MCDOT table for free giveaways and to learn more about their safety programs.
