1. Council: The Montgomery County Council session starts at 8:00 a.m. with a breakfast meeting with the League of Women Voters. Then, a proclamation recognizing World Mental Health Day by Councilmember Sayles and the County Executive and a proclamation recognizing the Department of Transportation’s Workforce by Councilmember Fani-González.

2. Public Hearings: The Suicide Awareness and Firearm Education (SAFE) Act was introduced by County Council President Evan Glass.
