1. U.S. Senate Candidates Debate: Candidates Angela Alsobrooks (D) and Larry Hogan (R) will debate tonight at 7 p.m. on Maryland Public Television. The one-hour event will air on MPT-HD and stream live at mpt.org/vote2024.

4. Bethesda Yappy Hour: Montgomery Parks and the Bethesda Urban Partnership host a Yappy Hour from 5-7 p.m. at the Elm Street Urban Park. Enjoy live music by Swing5 and bring your pup for some socializing.
5. Kennedy High School Assembly: On Wednesday, the Director of National Drug Control Policy, Dr. Rahul Gupta, addressed students at John F. Kennedy High School. Gupta, a Kennedy alum, discussed the dangers of opioids like fentanyl and demonstrated how to administer naloxone, which reverses opioid overdoses.
