1. Community Conversation: From 7-8:30 p.m., County Executive Marc Elrich and partners will host a community conversation on the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) operating budget at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. It is one of 11 community conversations.

2. Takoma Park City Council: The Takoma Park City Council will meet today starting at 7:30 p.m. The meeting can be viewed on YouTube, the City Council video webpageFacebook, or City TV. See the meeting agenda here.

3. Navigating Fraud: From 6:30-8 p.m., the county’s Commission for Women will host a hybrid presentation on navigating fraud, scams, and AI risks. It is both in-person at the Executive Office Building in Rockville and online on Facebook or YouTube. Those who want to attend can register for free here.

4. Food Resources: See food giveaway events today in the county. 

5. ICYMI: This month students paid tribute to James Baldwin’s legacy with poetry and dramatic performances at the Mansion at Strathmore in North Bethesda.
