A new Hilton hotel — and the first in the region under a new brand — opened in Germantown.
It is the second-ever Spark by Hilton hotel after the first location in Connecticut, and it is the first location in Montgomery County and the D.C. region. It opened Oct. 31 with a grand opening held Monday.
Spark by Hilton is a “premium economy” brand that is meant to offer an affordable price point. The hotel on Goldenrod Lane in Germantown is six floors with more than 170 guest rooms.
