Two suspects wanted in connection with a Nov. 10 murder in Montgomery Village were arrested Tuesday.
Both Kenes Yair Guevara, 19, and Osman Antonio Maldonado, 20, were charged with first-degree murder for their alleged involvement in the shooting death of 22-year-old Alan Garnica of Gaithersburg, according to Montgomery County Police.
Garnica and another victim were shot in the 18400 block of Lost Knife Circle. Garnica was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was taken to an area hospital.
Guevara, of Gaithersburg, and Maldonado, are being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit awaiting bond hearings.
