The continued quarantine can be tough as it may seem like it is dragging on forever.
If you feel like your morale is decreasing, consider these three strategies that is termed the quarantine sandwich.
- Find a new project or activity to do, especially one that excites you.
- Identify one thing that you should or need to do at home that you’ve continued to put off.
- Learn to cook, or cook better, and enjoy meals as a family or with whoever you reside with if applicable.
