Rendering of Envoi, expected to open 2026 in North Bethesda
A new high-rise apartment building is expected to open in the Pike District in the coming years.
Developers broke ground on Monday. The building in North Bethesda is part of a joint development agreement with Metro, per a release from the developer LCOR. “Envoi” will be a 12-story, 354-unit rental community with market-rate and affordable units. It will join three other residential buildings to complete “The Quad” master plan development in the area, according to the release.
Envoi will sit on McGrath Boulevard, per the development firm’s website. It is expected to open early summer 2026.
“The building differentiates itself from the existing rental market with its extensive amenity suite, modern unit finishes, and a dynamic outdoor space for all ages,” LCOR Development Manager Taylor Golub stated.
