Chevy Chase Office Adds ‘Client Experience’ Areas

The 11-story Wisconsin Place office building in Chevy Chase is being enhanced to include more space for meetings and get togethers.

BPX announced Tuesday it hired design firm Hikok Cole to create a 9,000-square foot outdoor terrace with a full kitchen and flexible seating and a conference facility with a lounge and cafe area.

Renovations have begun and are expected to be completed this Spring.

Plans also include an expanded fitness facility and a casual lounge for meetings. The ground floor will include a coffee bar.

Overall, the new design includes a third floor with a 16,000 square foot area and the two-story lobby will become more hospitality focused, according to a news release from BPX.

“Our goal in elevating the client experience at Wisconsin Place is to bring the energy and vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhood into the property,” said Jake Stroman, EVP, Co-Head of the Washington, D.C. Region, BXP.

“Creating an amenity program that offers a dynamic mix of spaces within a wellness focused workplace experience will provide our clients with the workplace tools they need to attract, retain and engage their dynamic workforces.”

The 11-stories Wisconsin Place is about 300,000 square feet and is located on Wisconsin Avenue.

“This transformation will renew Wisconsin Place’s iconic status,” said Keith Foery, TRS Mid-Atlantic Executive Managing Director.
