Montgomery County Police officers are searching for a man who broke into a construction site and stole copper items.
According to police, the March 23 burglary occurred at 12 p.m. in the 4000 block of Randolph Road in Silver Spring.
Police believe the man entered the construction site and forcibly removed copper items from a vacant apartment building.
According to surveillance video, the suspect is described as a Black man between 35 to 50 years old with a shaved head and goatee.
