MedStar Health, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Theta Omega Chapter and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services joined together to offer a hands-on CPR/AED training event.
The event was held at the county Public Safety Training Academy in Gaithersburg. Participants learned how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator.
June marks CPR/AED Awareness Month.
