2. Summer Twilight Concert Series: King Teddy will put on a free concert tonight at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton from 6:30-8 p.m. as part of Montgomery Parks’ Summer Twilight Concert Series.
3. Council Meeting: The county council will meet today starting at 10 a.m. with separate proclamations recognizing Allie Williams of the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce and the 80th anniversary of the Montgomery County Historical Society. The meeting will be livestreamed here.
