Suspect Arrested in Monday’s Montgomery Village Homicide

Montgomery County Police arrested Oliver Alexis Perez Fierro, 20, of Montgomery Village, in connection with a fatal shooting Monday on the 19300 block of Club House Road.

Perez Fierro is charged with first-degree murder and use of a handgun in the commission of a felony.

According to police, this is an isolated incident between Perez Fierro and the 21-year-old victim, whose name has not yet been released by police.

On Monday at 11:38 a.m., officers responded to a call and found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

After interviewing witnesses, Perez Fierro was identified as a possible suspect. Police officers searched his residence and said they found evidence. They took Perez Fierro to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he is awaiting a bond hearing.
