Drivers passing through Rockville today should take alternative routes due to a water main break on Glen Mill Road.
Montgomery County Police said in a post on X this morning that Glen Mill Road was closed off from Watts Branch Drive to Boswell Lane.

Commuters can expect delays throughout the morning and potentially over the course of the day.
Water main breaks can take approximately six hours to repair on average, according to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC).
