Tomorrow’s Trees and the Potomac Conservancy are seeking volunteers to collect acorns that will be sent to a state nursery to grow trees.
On Friday at 2 p.m., volunteers are needed at Locust Grove Nature Center on Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda.
This is an early release day for Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), and students are welcome. Student service hours are available.
Organizers will provide all supplies. Once registered, please expect a reminder email before the event with more information regarding our updated safety protocols and what to expect.
