Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has a message for voters ahead of Election Day: “Do not let the future come and your fingerprints are not anywhere on them. Because this election will have consequences,” he said Thursday in Silver Spring.
“I think that we see how freedom is very much on the ballot,” Moore said. “A freedom to know that people should have individual rights what to do with their own bodies and not have politicians telling them what to do. The fact that we have economics, that is very much on the ballot.”
“But I think one of the other really fundamentally important things about this ballot and this election is: values are on the ballot. Like the person who you vote for, that should be a mirror reflection of you and your values and your hopes for yourself and your family and for future generations.”
