Crime Solvers of Montgomery County announced it is offering a $7,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect, or suspects, involved in three incidents of antisemitic vandalism that occurred in Bethesda during August.
The money was donated by local community organizations.
In one incident, antisemitic graffiti was painted at Bethesda Elementary School on Arlington Road during the overnight hours of Aug. 11.
In a second incident two days later, Montgomery County Police officers responded to the Starbucks in the 7700 block of Norfolk Avenue after learning that antisemitic graffiti had been painted on the building.
In the third incident, which also occurred on Aug. 13, antisemitic graffiti was painted on a sign in front of Congregation Beth El, which is located in the 8200 block of Old Georgetown Road.
