Montgomery County police have arrested Irvin Ariel Portillo, 28, on charges of raping and sexually abusing three juvenile females. Detectives believe additional victims may exist and are urging them to come forward.
Detectives from the Special Victims Investigation Division (SVID) began investigating Portillo on Oct. 29, after a teenage girl reported being raped. During the investigation, two more victims were identified.
On Nov. 8, officers arrested Portillo on charges including second-degree rape and third-degree sexual offense. He remains in custody without bond at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
SVID detectives are asking anyone with information or concerns about Portillo to contact them at 240-773-5400. Police want to ensure all victims are supported.
