1. Decision 2024: What will the general election results mean for Montgomery County? MCM looks for some of the answers on Decision 2024.

They explore all the results from presidential to county ballot questions including term limits for the County Executive.
2. Council Meeting: The county council will meet today starting at 9 a.m. with separate proclamations recognizing Councilmember for a Day and the Montgomery County Road Runners Club. The meeting will be livestreamed here.
3. Leaf Vacuum Collection: The county’s annual leaf vacuuming program is underway.
4. Ride On Lime Route Extends Hours: Service hours for the Great Seneca Ride On extRa Lime route have been extended. The new schedule allows buses to operate until 10:10 p.m. daily.
5. ICYMI: Last week there was a battery fire hazard demonstration at the Shady Grove Transfer Station to stress safe battery recycling as part of “America Recycles Day.”
