First Energy/Potomac Edison at 1-800-685-0011 or the FirstEnergy website online. - Downed Trees: Report road obstructions or hazards to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation by calling 311 or 240-777-0311 (outside the county) or using the MC311 online portal.
Snow Plowing Updates
- Crews prioritize major roads and emergency routes before residential streets.
- Track plowing progress on the Storm Operations Map.
- If your street remains uncleared 24-36 hours after the storm ends, submit a service request via MC311 or the County’s service portal.
