Sligo Creek Parkway Closure: Starting today, a 1.1-mile southern stretch of Sligo Creek Parkway between Old Carroll Avenue and Piney Branch Road will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists every Friday. This closure will remain in place for approximately two years to accommodate Purple Line construction.
