2018 Bullis alum Masai Russell, who won a gold medal in the 100 meter hurdles at the 2024 Paris Olympics, will participate in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game next week in San Francisco it was announced Tuesday.
Russell, 24, was born in Washington D.C., attended Bullis School in Potomac and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2023 where she was an 11-time All-American and a 2023 semifinalist for the Bowerman Award, given annually to the best collegiate track and field athlete. Russell was a three-time Academic Honor Roll member.

The game, part of NBA All-Star Weekend, will be played on Friday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. and televised on ESPN.
