1. Two-Hour Delay: Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) will open two hours late today. Morning buses will run two hours late, and all field trips and activities that begin at 10:30 a.m. or earlier are canceled. The area is under a Winter Weather Advisory until 10 a.m. today.
