Friday is Day 5 for early voting in Maryland.
On Thursday more than 137,000 Marylanders early voted and almost 18,000 were Montgomery County residents, based on unofficial numbers from state and county elections boards.
Maryland’s unofficial early voter turnout on Friday as of 4 p.m. is 97,978 and Montgomery County’s is 13,322. As of 10 a.m. 231 residents had already voted at the Damascus Community Recreation Center.
