In honor of International Women’s Day, Westfield Montgomery Mall is launching a free high-energy fitness series on Sundays.
Shopping Is My Cardio begins Sunday with a themed 45-minute Barre Sculpt class. Following the class, participants will be given flowers, a tote bag and shopping and dining offers.
The mall on Democracy Road in Bethesda is hosting the free monthly fitness series, which will be taught by Christie Horan, a professional dancer and founder of Move Challenge Grow.
This begins March 9 at 10 a.m. and continues through September. It is open to attendees of all fitness levels. Participants can secure their spot via this link.
