Police Release Photos in Pharmacy Fraud Investigation, Seek Public’s Help

Detectives would like the public’s help in identifying a woman suspected of prescription fraud at multiple pharmacies.

Montgomery County Police released surveillance photos of the suspect who has been fraudulently picking up prescriptions under other people’s names since March 2024.

The suspect obtained medications from at least six pharmacies, including Safeway and CVS locations in Washington, D.C., Arlington, Alexandria, and Kensington.

Surveillance images show her at prescription counters in several stores.

Police urge anyone with information to contact Crime Solvers of Montgomery County at www.crimesolversmcmd.org or call 1-866-411-8477. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may receive a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.
