Most restrictions have been lifted now that Montgomery County has entered Phase 3 of reopening as of Friday at 6 a.m. Although things seem almost completely back to “normal,” local leaders want to remind residents that that is not the case just yet.
“This is far from over… but I think we’ve moved from the darkest chapters,” said Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich.
