The celebratory parade takes place on Saturday from Constitution Avenue NW at 15th Street NW and will proceed along Constitution Avenue NW, ending on Pennsylvania Avenue NW and 3rd Street NW with a team rally. The parade begins at 2 p.m. and will last about 90 minutes, with a 30 minute rally.

D.C. is expecting a larger crowd than the 2018 Washington Capitals Stanley Cup Parade. Metro reported that they had 840,000 riders for the Capitals parade. In order for your trip there to run smoothly, here are stops and modes of transportation you can use to get there.
Metro
Red Trains will be running on normal weekend schedule (coming every 12-15 minutes) until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. trains will be running every 16 minutes till close. Trains will be single tracking between Van Ness-UDC stop and DuPont Circle.
Stations closest to the parade are Federal Triangle on the blue, silver and orange lines, Archives on the Green and Yellow line and Judiciary Square on the Red line. Expect these stations to be very crowded.
If you are looking for alternatives, Metro Center on the Red, Orange, Silver and Blue lines; Gallery Place on the Red, Green and Yellow line; or Union Station on the Red line. These are all less than a 10-minutes walk from the parade.
If you want to come up from the south side, other good alternatives are Smithsonian on the Blue, Orange and Silver lines; L’Enfant Plaza which is on the Green, Yellow, Blue, Silver and Orange lines. Lastly Federal Center SW on the Blue, Silver and Orange lines you can use to walk across the mall to get to the parade.
Metro advises that you try to avoid switching lines as much as possible due to the fact that trains could pass certain stops if they become to crowded. Some stations may also become exit-only or entry-only.
Bikeshare
Capital Bikeshare will also have corrals open along the parade route. There will be stations at 15th and E Street NW, Constitution Avenue NW and 2nd Street NW and 7th Street and Independence Ave. SW
Scooters and E-bikes
If you are using Scooters or E-bikes there will be drop off locations at 7th and E streets NW, 7th Street SW and Independence Ave. SW and 14th and E Streets NW.
Ride-sharing
If you plan on taking a ride-sharing service, plan on being dropped off and picked off on Independence Avenue SW, between 14th Street SW and 3rd Street SW
Driving
D.C. highly advises that people do not drive into D.C. due to influx of people and the amount of road closures,but here are the options if you do choose to drive.
Parking will be prohibited on the following roads until 7 p.m. on Saturday:
- Constitution Avenue NW between 15th Street NW and 3rd Street NW,
- Pennsylvania Avenue between 12th Street and 3rd Street NW,
- 15th Street NW between Constitution Avenue NW and E Street NW,
- Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 14th Street NW and 15th Street NW,
- 14th Street NW between Constitution Avenue NW and Independence Avenue SW,
- 7th Street NW between Pennsylvania Avenue NW and Independence Avenue SW,
- 6th Street NW between Pennsylvania Avenue NW and Constitution Avenue NW,
- 4th Street NW between Constitution Avenue NW and Independence Avenue SW and
- 3rd Street NW between D Street NW and Independence Avenue SW

The Nationals will be honored before the Washington Capitals game against the Calgary Flames Sunday, November 3, at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena. President Donald Trump will also be honoring the World Series champions at the White House, November 4, at 1:15 p.m.
