The Emergency Medical and Integrated Healthcare Services Awards Ceremony was a chance to acknowledge the heroic actions of Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services personnel and community members for assisting in EMS calls. The event, held at the Public Safety Headquarters in Gaithersburg on Wednesday, detailed 12 different incidents where people who had near-death experiences survived.
