More than 250 Animals Adopted During ‘Clear the Shelters’ Event

The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC) participated in the annual “Clear the Shelters” event that gives county residents the opportunity to meet and greet the animals ready to be find a forever home. Over 250 animals of all kinds were adopted.

Maria Anselmo, Community Relations Manager of MCASAC, told MyMCM the department is a safe way for pet adoptions, animal control and it’s open all year offering several services for animals in need, received and give donations, provide vaccine clinics and more.
